Consistency

Challenge: no consistency rule. Performance: the best profit day must be at most 40% of payout-period profit. Exceeding it does not end the account; further profits may reduce the ratio.

Copy Trading

Copying among your own Challenge, Performance and other personal accounts is allowed. Cooperation with other traders and cross-account opposing-position hedging are prohibited.

Country Eligibility

Germany is not on the published blocked list; adulthood, identity and payment-provider checks still apply. E8 One additionally excludes Bulgaria, Laos, Romania, Bangladesh, Taiwan, Cambodia and Croatia. India, Vietnam, Kenya and Indonesia have a USD 200,000 E8 One allocation cap. Daily Loss

Product-page 6/4/3 configuration: daily limit is 3% of starting capital (USD 300 on USD 10,000). Daily threshold equals the balance at 00:00 server time minus that amount. Balance or equity must not reach or fall below it. Challenge and Performance.

Drawdown Calculation

Product-page 6/4/3 configuration: dynamic threshold equals the highest closed balance minus the fixed drawdown amount, capped at starting capital. Floating profit does not raise the high-water mark. Touching the threshold with balance or equity breaches the rule.

EA / Algo

EAs are allowed provided multiple users do not execute the same trades or strategy. Shared third-party EAs can therefore lead to account termination.

Maximum Loss

Product-page 6/4/3 configuration: 4% dynamic drawdown (USD 400 on USD 10,000). Initial threshold USD 9,600, rising with the highest closed balance until capped at USD 10,000. Challenge and Performance.

Minimum Trading Days

The Challenge can be completed in one day and has no maximum duration. At least one trade must be opened and closed within each 60-day period; this activity requirement also applies to Performance.

News Trading

Allowed in Challenge. Performance: affected instruments may not be opened or closed from five minutes before through five minutes after high-risk news, including pending orders, SL and TP. Speeches extend the window to five minutes after the end. Unaffected instruments are exempt; use the E8 event calendar.

Other Breach Rules

No cross-account hedging, cooperation with other traders or all-or-nothing trading. At most 50% of trades may last under one minute. Irresponsible large-volume trading may prompt review, restrictions or exclusion. Accounts must be personally operated.

Overnight Holding

Overnight holding is allowed in Challenge and Performance. Gaps, slippage and resulting rule breaches remain the trader's risk.

Payout Rules

Performance payout on demand requires the 40% best-day rule. Net profit/payout must exceed half the daily-loss amount, with a general USD 100 post-split minimum. The 40% rule mathematically requires at least three profitable days. The drawdown threshold stays unchanged after withdrawal. In a 3%-daily USD 10,000 configuration, the half-limit is USD 150; do not treat USD 150.01 gross profit as automatically sufficient.

Profit Split

Configurable trader share: 80%, 90% or 100%. The purchased configuration determines the share; the published USD 88 price corresponds to 80%.

Profit Target

E8 One Challenge, product-page 6/4/3 configuration: 6% closed profit, or USD 600 on a USD 10,000 reference account. One challenge phase. Do not combine this with the different USD 88 pricing preset.

Activation fee

No activation fee for the E8 One Performance account after passing Challenge.

One-time entry fee

Listed one-time entry fee: 88 USD. Normal price for the stated configuration; not a confirmed checkout total.

Recurring fees

No subscription fee. Published E8 One account fees are one-time payments; this does not state that all optional trading costs are zero.

Risk & Position Limits

Classic Markets: up to 50 lots per ticket (gold 20), 100 open positions plus pending orders, and 2,000 daily requests/positions. Risking the entire daily allowance on one trade is prohibited. E8 may impose a 1% per-idea limit for concerning activity; this is not the default limit or a universal Perpetual limit.

Weekend Holding

Weekend holding and crypto trading are allowed in all phases; observe each instrument's trading hours.
